clean apartment friendly staff noisy room little sleep
The apartment was very clean. The staff members were friendly and offered a welcome drink. We had a great experience with the breakfast. It was simple, yet yummy!!!
The room was very noisy. I felt as if people were next to my head when they moved throughout the building. I did not sleep much.

charming stay near the castle
lovely breakfast communal balcony special touch
The staff greeted me with arrival drinks and snacks, a lovely personal touch. Breakfast offered tasty options, including yogurts and fresh fruit. The communal balcony provided gorgeous views, i enjoyed some quiet moments there (it was magical!).
The spa area showed signs of wear, the photos online were a bit better.

The apartments were next to the castle, placing me in the heart of traditional cuisine. The hotel is in a great location to explore off the beaten track. Key places are easily accessible from this location.

The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. The apartment room was spacious and bright. Rooms have a balcony with views.

adequately equipped, but issues noted
disruptive noise black sludge
The noise from the neighboring apartment was disruptive. i could hear people walking and using the toilet (details i would prefer not knowing about my neighbors). additionally, the spa area was not well kept. I saw black sludge around the pool, unappealing.

lovely staff complimentary beer gorgeous breakfast overpriced airbnb concerning location unsafe streets
the staff was lovely. i enjoyed the complimentary beer upon arrival (very much needed after a day of travel). the breakfast was gorgeous.
i booked this believing it was a hotel. it felt more like an overpriced airbnb. the location seemed concerning and the streets didn't feel safe at night.
